Visual and Sound Inspection】 Utilizing our extensive knowledge and experience, we will assess the condition of the building through visual inspection and sound testing. 【Further Inspections! Optional Investigations】 <Drone Inspection> By flying a drone equipped with a camera, we can capture images of the building's roof, rooftop, and exterior walls without the need for scaffolding. <Infrared Inspection> Using a special camera that visualizes temperature differences, we can photograph the building to check conditions inside walls and ceilings that are not visible to the naked eye (such as water intrusion and tile lifting). <Color Water Inspection> By using water mixed with a special liquid that glows when illuminated, we can confirm the presence of leaks and identify leak locations. ■ Optional Investigations are recommended for: - Those troubled by persistent leaks that continue despite multiple repairs. - Those who wish to investigate areas that cannot be checked visually. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us. *Some optional investigations may incur a fee.
